Todd began his insurance career in 1989 when he graduated from Indiana University and attained his CIC designation in 1991.
Over the years, Todd has served on the National Board of Governors for CIC in Austin TX, and served on the Board and Executive Committee of the Indiana Big I where he was President in 2013. In 2016, Todd was given the Harry P. Cooper Industry Public Image award by the Indiana Big I. Todd went on to represent Indiana on the National Big I Board for four years where he also served on the Trusted Choice Board, and in 2018 he was elected to serve on the Big I National Executive Committee. Todd is currently the Chair Elect of the National Big I and will serve as its Chairman beginning in the fall of 2024.

Outside of the Office: Outside of the office, Todd enjoys golf, skiing, and weekend yard work. He is a big fan of the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and Indiana University sports.
